The journey
In 6 The YourConnector Leadership Elevation program is a unique opportunity for leaders who seek to forge their own path. During this program, you embark on a personal journey that delves into your self-awareness, strengths, talents, and beliefs. By discovering your authentic self at the core, you can become an even better leader. Over the course of 6 months, you will undertake a transformative journey with a small, closely-knit group of like-minded leaders, who we call The Next Generation Leaders. Together, you will venture into nature, leaving behind the distractions of work and home, engaging in deep conversations around the campfire. The program also includes a 4 day Quest, intensive 1:1 executive coaching, the Strengthsfinder assessment (Gallup), and immersive group sessions in the most beautiful natural surroundings. Tailored to your needs, this personal leadership journey is designed for leaders who desire to lead their teams through connection and psychological safety.

Short version of the program
In the YourConnector Leadership Elevation program, you will embark on a transformative journey alongside other inspiring leaders. Through our experience, we have witnessed the powerful impact of individual growth within a supportive group setting. Over the course of 6 months, the program consists of alternating executive coaching sessions (4) and group sessions (4), complemented by an immersive journey that includes 3 overnight stays. Our experienced organizational coaches facilitate the sessions and provide guidance where needed. Together we determine your individual goal and associated strategy. The personal leadership program starts on January 19, 2024. The investment for the program is € 5,995,-. Registration closes on December 22, 2023.
